The Inflora condo is by Tripartite Developers, a fully owned subsidiary of Hong Leong Holdings Pte Ltd, which in turn is part of City Developments (CDL), both of which come with a long track record of premium developments and established reputation for quality in both the mass market as well as high end real estate segments.
Hong Leong Holdings Limited (HLHL)
Established in 1968 as Hong Leong Group’s property development and investment company. Hong Leong is a major contributor to the local property market and one of its most reputable. It has developed over 50 residential projects and manages 12 commercial properties. Its latest projects ranges from mid-market to luxury residential projects in both suburban and prime locations in Singapore.

City Developments Limited (CDL)
CDL has been long established, since 1963. It is a Singapore listed international property and hotel conglomerate spanning real estate development and investment, facilities management, and hotel ownership and management, with an extensive network of more than 300 subsidiaries and associated companies. CDL’s network covers 80 locations across 20 countries, including Asia, Europe, Middle East, North America and New Zealand/Australia. In Singapore, CDL has a remarkable track record of having built over 22,000 luxurious and quality homes across a wide range of market segments.
January 2024 Update :: Lentor Mansion Prices: Hong Leong will be launching an exciting project this year called Lentor Mansion, in the new Lentor Hills Estate. This will be a fully residential development, with the advantage of being five minutes walk from Lentor MRT station. Which means it is also 5 minutes walk from Lentor Modern Mall, that is directly linked to the station.
Lentor Mansion residents should be able to get most of their basic necessities from the mall. This is a fairly good size mall, spanning 96,000 square feet of retail space over two podium levels. It will house retail shops, F&B outlets, a 12,000 square feet supermarket, and a 10,000 square feet childcare centre.
The Lentor Mansion prices and floor plans are not released yet, but will likely be available at the same time as the showflat launches. At the moment the launch is tentatively targeted for February 2024, subject to change without notice.
