The Inflora Condo Site Plan

The Inflora site plan layout shows a lot of thought and the signature CDL / Hong Leong attention to detail. Units are designed with a mainly north-south orientation to minimise exposure to the west afternoon sun.

Blocks are interspersed with pools and landscaped gardens so that almost all inward-facing units get pool views. The tennis court is tucked away in one corner. Beyond the entrance driveway and drop-off point that leads immediately into the basement carpark, there is no vehicular traffic, so the grounds are kept safe for children.

The site layout is designed based on low to mid-rise blocks grouped around pools and facilities, in much the same way as for Forett at Bukit Timah, or the Gazania at Bartley. This makes for pleasant vistas from most units.
