(2020 Update: prices have never dropped back to these levels, and in fact have risen at least 50%. A similar unit next door at the Jovell goes for around $1,3xx PSF now. In fact, the only new launches where one can still get $8xx to $9xx PSF pricing are cluster houses, such as Parkwood Collection in Hougang, or Nim Collection at Yio Chu Kang. Of the two, Parkwood Collection is probably the better buy as it is within walking distance of an MRT station.)
